The sea is a symbol of the unconscious

Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror.
Just keep going. No feeling is final.
Don’t let yourself lose me.

Nearby is the country they call life.
You will know it by its seriousness.

Give me your hand.

Counselling provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to a trained professional about your issues and concerns. Your counsellor will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others.

In short: everyone. Whether you are dealing with challenges in your present life such as loss of an important relationship or job, or you simply want to understand yourself better, the counselling relationship will give you the safe space to explore your feelings. Counselling can be short term and focused on specific issues or can take place over years

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Sometimes it is enough to speak and be really heard, and sometimes more practical support is needed. As an Integrative Counsellor, I work closely with you to support you in the way that you need.
